Who is Mark Kinder?
Mark Kinder is the owner and home inspector behind ThoroughSpec Home Inspections. He works from an office in Garden Grove and has served homebuyers and homeowners across Orange, Los Angeles and Riverside counties and parts of San Bernardino County since 1998. In that time he has personally performed more than 10,000 inspections.

Depending on size and condition, a thorough inspection takes between one and a half and four hours. You are encouraged to attend so you have visual reinforcement of your written report. Issues that seem overwhelming on paper are often far less intimidating when seen firsthand.
